Terms of Service
Last updated October 2026
These terms explain how KiddoPo works for parents and for the studios that list with us. By creating an account or booking through KiddoPo you agree to them.
1. Who we are
KiddoPo (kiddopo.com) is operated by Ramanu Lab ("we", "us"). KiddoPo is a marketplace: we help families discover and book activities offered by independent studios, instructors, camps and programs ("Providers"). We do not run classes ourselves.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 to create an account. Children do not use KiddoPo directly; parents and guardians book for them.
- Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you think your account has been misused.
- Information you give us — including your children's details — must be accurate.
3. Bookings and payments
When you book, you are making an arrangement directly with the Provider. The Provider sets its plans, prices, schedules, age requirements and cancellation policy, which are shown before you book.
Until online payments are available, bookings are reserved through KiddoPo and paid directly to the Provider. When online payments are offered, payments are processed by Stripe on the Provider's own account. KiddoPo does not charge parents booking fees.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel from My bookings. The Provider's cancellation policy decides whether anything is owed or refunded. Providers may cancel or reschedule classes; they'll contact you when they do.
5. For Providers
- You're responsible for your classes, staff, facilities, licences, insurance, background checks and compliance with law.
- Your listing — descriptions, photos, prices and schedules — must be accurate and yours to use.
- You'll honour bookings made through KiddoPo and your published cancellation policy.
- Platform fees are shown on our pricing page and you'll be told before anything is charged.
6. Safety
Activities involve physical risk. Providers may ask you to sign their own waiver. KiddoPo does not supervise classes and is not responsible for what happens at a Provider's premises. Please share any medical or allergy information the Provider needs.
7. Acceptable use
Don't misuse KiddoPo: no fake bookings or listings, scraping, interfering with the service, or harassing Providers or families. We may suspend accounts that do.
8. Liability
KiddoPo is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts of Providers, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid KiddoPo in the past 12 months (for parents, that is usually zero). Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; we'll post the new date here and tell you about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Questions: hello@kiddopo.com.
