Privacy Policy

• Account details: your name, email address and sign-in method.
• Your children's details, entered by you: first name, birthday (to check age eligibility), and optional notes such as allergies or an emergency contact.
• Bookings: what you booked, when, with which Provider, and payment status.
• Providers: business details, classes, schedules, photos and payout information.
• Usage data: basic logs and device information needed to run and secure the site.

• To create and manage bookings and send confirmations and reminders.
• To show Providers the roster details they need to run a safe class.
• To keep KiddoPo secure, prevent misuse and improve the service.
• To send product updates you signed up for, such as our launch email. You can unsubscribe at any time.

KiddoPo is used by parents and guardians, not by children. A child's details are shared only with the Providers that child is booked with, and only so they can run the class. You can edit or delete your children's details on your Kids & account page.

• The Providers you book with.
• Service providers that run KiddoPo for us: hosting (Vercel), database and sign-in (Supabase), email (Resend) and, when online payments launch, Stripe.
• Authorities when the law requires it.

You can update your details at any time, and ask us to export or delete your account and your children's data by emailing hello@kiddopo.com. We keep booking records Providers need for their own records only as long as necessary.
